We quote before we start. After we hear your generator's make, size and fault, or inspect it on site, we explain what's needed and what it costs. You approve the work first, so there are no surprise charges when the job is done.
A generator is only as reliable as its smallest part. We check filters, belts, hoses, batteries, coolant and connections, and test the unit after every service or repair. If we spot a developing problem, we tell you before it becomes a breakdown.
Gentec Co is fully registered, so your property and equipment are protected while we work on site. Our technicians are experienced in servicing and repairing generators, ATS units and switchgear.
Oil, fuel, air and coolant filter changes, plus battery, belt, hose and spark plug checks, so your generator starts when the grid fails.
